The Company has issued Non-Convertible Debentures having an outstanding value of more than Rs. 500 crores in FY 2020-21, which are listed on the debt segment of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), and accordingly is considered a  high value debt listed entity. For the half year ended March 31, 2022, the  Related Party Transaction (RPT) disclosure was submitted by the Company within 15 days from the date of publication of its standalone and consolidated financial results, as per regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 in compliance with the timelines for an equity listed company. As per regulation 15(1A) the provisions of regulation 16 to regulation 27 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 are applicable to a high value debt listed entity on a comply or explain basis until March 31, 2023 and on a mandatory basis thereafter. Since the Company has both equity and debt listed, it has followed the timeline as applicable to an equity listed company for sake of uniformity. The Company shall endeavour to make the said disclosure on the date of publication of its standalone and consolidated financial results going forward.
